MinggI fractured my elbow in a longboarding crash last summer. It took about 6 months to recover from when it happened till I felt completely normal again. I went to pt for about a month and then I was cleared for normal activities. It still took me another two months to actually feel like it was a 100 percent but that could have been because I was babying it.
Honestly, Just do everything they say to do. And don't take short cuts. Rest when you need to and work on it when you need to. The hardest part was regaining range of motion even though it was a fracture.
And make sure you don't fall asleep with your arm in a weird position. I did that towards what should have been the end of my recovery and my range of motion actually decreases. A lot of things became painful for like 2 weeks that I could do no problem before so yeah try not to do that. I hope your recovery goes smoothly and you're back to normal in no time!

What kind of exercises did you do?
I know that you should always listen to the doctors but they just said that do whatever doesn't hurt :/
So did you do some special exercises to that? Thanks!
