TheWingmenI feel like all ski companies have delam issues though, it all depends on what you put your ski through. As I said my roommate has been on the same Moments for 3 seasons and they still go. One of my buddies has been on On3p FRs for 2 seasons and pulled the whole topsheet off not at the tip or tail but under the bindings, literally ripped the whole thing away from the base of the ski.
For what it is worth, if you are ripping the topsheet off any pair skis under the bindings, it is because the binding holes were not properly sealed and water got in the holes, rotting the core, which has nothing to do with our construction or build quality, but the mount itself.
It also means the rest of the construction (binding mat) is doing its job properly by adding additional screw retention, enough so that the binding won't rip out of the composite layer, just the core, which is turn is enough to pull the composite layer off the core.
Delam issues = layers coming apart with no related impact or water damage. If your core rotted out due to water damage, there is really nothing any ski company can do about that.
