Get a second hand sigma f2.8, it costs about the same and if you get the 4 you'll regret not having the extra stop.
I ordered exactly the lens you want and by mistake of the shop I got sent an f2.8 IS (mk1), since I'm a dick and the shop was a pawn shop I kept it. The extra stop has helped enormously the few times I've actually used the lens. I'm selling it now.
