K-Dot.Legitimate question, if your resort is on forest service land, do they really have a say as to what you can and can't do? It's public land as soon as their lease is up right? So couldn't you technically be doing anything that you want?

Nike_NakoMy home resort is on forest service land, so its public property, so we can ski there until the snows gone in late may. The park crew doesn't mind if you mess with the rails, either, as long as you put them back and don't steal them (which has happened multiple times)
