Comp skiing format change
I really enjoy watching competition skiing. I do not like how repetitive the runs and tricks are (most of the time). I also believe that many runs, regardless of the difficulty level, lack flow and style. I think that a change in the format may help to curb this.
What if all 2 or 3 of a competitors runs counted instead of just taking the best one? Example: A skier gets an 87 on run 1, a 76 on run 2, and a 91 on run 3. Total score is 254. Also you can only do a trick 1 time( maybe even make the skiers switch up the rail features they hit). Would doing this makes the runs more stylish and less repetitive? Maybe? Im sure this has been brought up before but I just dont remember.
