Newb

Hello everyone, I just purchased a pair of ON3P Jeronimos and and planning to get look pivots or rossi fks. My question is will the 95 mm brakes be big enough for the 101 jeronimos or should I get a larger brake?

You can probably find a 100mm version of those bindings, but you can probably bend the 95mm to fit.

you should be ok with the 95mm, fks brakes generally can fit 5mm or so wider than the size

They don't make those anymore, unfortunately. The next step up is 115mm, which is too wide for a 100mm ski.

OP, I've been told by many people that the 95mm Pivots can easily work on 100mm skis. Not so sure about the 90mm FKS though.
