First year I've started hitting park. I'm currently at keystone on a trip (from Virginia). Threw my first front flip off a cornice and learned a 360 and 540 this week. Anyways,
How do you guys improve your pop off the jumps, at what point do you jump? What body motions do you go through?
How tight do you wear your boots? I usually wear them kind of loose, but I started working on my butters and it works a lot better when the boots are very tight.
How do you guys manage to not be constantly hurt/sore after riding park. After a couple hours in the park I am normally pretty banged up from rails and hardpack. I even wore some padded shorts but it didn't seem to help much.
