Scoopin some urban and summer setup skis, need opinions

They are salomon foils with salomon 900 bindings. Surface scratches only. No coreshots, no delam. What would be a good offer price?

I know this is the wrong forum btw, just need opinions now because I'm meeting him in an hour. Thanks

just got some rock skis for $40 a couple weeks ago, bases are fucked but im only using them on summer rails and rocks/concrete so im happy
