I've snowboarded my entire life. Before you start hating on me a started skiing like 2 weeks ago. I've gone 3 times and I can 180, 360, 360 with some mute grabs on this small 20 footer. I'm also progressing on rails and can do simple hop on flat rails. So, for newbie I have some skill (at least a little bit). I really want to try throwing a backflip, but I'm scared to death to try it on the park jump. Im completely comfortable with backflips on trampolines and can also gainer. I have the skill to do 'em, it's just the fear factor holding me back.
I want to know how the community here overcame this 'milestone' and what type of feature you tried it off of. Certain substances that invoke instant courage (you all know what im talking about) are at my disposal. I'll hopefully grow the balls to try it sometime in the next week or so. Ill upload a video link to the forum if I do land it. Does anybody have some jump building advice for me as ive considered a pow jump for it. Anyways, hopefully my first post gets some responses.
Cheers,
LiCarll
