I mean back in the late 90's I remember a kid at labrador in NY throwing down pretty fucking hard on skiblades. He could misty 5, 40' booters. That was cutting edge then. I just see no reason to try and keep it alive as a legimate sport with park skiing at this point. I'm not saying don't do it but it's not something that's going to grow if enough people stay dedicated and try to save it.

A lot of tricks would be harder if I put peanut butter on my balls and stuck a few rats in there. That doesn't make them any more legitimate.

If we're trying to add random difficulty I'd rather put on a blindfold or get shitfaced.

Holy shit you all need to calm the fuck down. I like skiing better I was just saying skiboarding is a lot harder than you would think. Yeah it does look kind of ridiculous just pointing out it can be hard.

I say let people do what they want to do. If they enjoy skiboarding let them do it, leave the seriousness behind and enjoy what skiing is really about; having fun

honestly what is with all the hate, as long as they are having fun who cares. The only real point of skiing is to have fun and it sounds like they are doing a better job at that then some people on here

Yeah, as much as I would love people to open their eyes and realize that they don't need long skis, I really like our isolation.
I got nothing against ski boarding, but this stuff is pretty funny.
