Ski design in photoshop

I want to make some artworks on skis in photoshop, can't find any plain white templates for it. Any help?

-find a picture of a pair of skis on google images, or screenshot a pair of skis.
-save the google image or screenshot and then open it up in photoshop.
-go on photoshop and use the quick selection tool to select just the skis.
-once the skis are selected with the quick selection tool, use your paintbrush tool and paint over them white.
-copy your now white skis while they're still selected and then paste them into a new layer.
-boom you got a template son

Don't know if you're still looking for plain skis but J skis allows you download a template and create sick skis while still having a chance of getting your graphic on an actual ski.
