Gr0mo^^ Good advice, Thanks.
It such a strange injury, i cant move it at all for a hot minute but then i get most of the motion back within about 15 minutes. It stays pretty weak but i usually just keep skiing. I know once I hurt it it will re-injure a lot easier for the rest of the season.
Well time to go see a ortho
This sounds exactly like my shoulder.I dislocated it this summer at snowflex. It felt pretty alright after but now(2 months later) when I move it wrong or something my whole arm goes numb and I can't move it for a minute. Then it feels like 70% for a while.
Today I went to the gym and was doing squats and my shoulder started hurting so bad. Not because the bar was like resting on my shoulders but holding the bar and getting my arm in that position was awful. Also if I lay in a "freefall" kinda position it hurts like a mother fucker where my collarbone connects to wherever(but a little lower) and then on the outside near my upper arm. I can't lay down with my arm above my head at all either. I'm going to the doctor this week hopefully but has anyone had something like this happen?
