There are threads on this, but they are kind of bogus. Does anybody juice recreationally? I am not talking cleanse or any of that, but just as a means to up nutrient intake, and overall make you more conscious of what you are putting in your body.
I have a masticating juicer, which chews the veg slowly. The blender style heat the veg so much that they lose nutrients. And I try to limit the fruit because the sugar content in fruit is monstrous, and when you juice it you are basically taking in straight sugar. Anyway, just made a batch with
