Lately I've been thinking about how most people in skiing and snowboarding don't understand destination urban. I would love to hear the justification to why snowboard crews keep going to QC to hit the way features the same way as they've been doing for years. QC is basically the benchmark and if you can't do things in that city that no one has ever done or seen before, you shouldn't be going there to film your "pro" movie. My favorite is when people go to QC to hit the most mundane ass features that are in every city so I really don't get why people travel 3000 miles each way to film not special tricks on not special rails that they could have done cheaper and easier in their own backyard. It's like traveling that much for urban is supposed to validate it. Well it doesn't.
Sorry for the rant.
But yes Quebec City is, has been, and will continue to be the urban capital of the world with very reliable snow to back up the features.
