I think those all fall under the "skiing is inherently dangerous" category, not the "don't do stuff to make skiing more dangerous than it already is" category.

I drink occasionally(First day of the year, gaper day, couple rando days) and smoke almost every time I go skiing. Some will say that is irresponsible, to that I say I don't give a fuck. Skiing drunk is some of the most fun you will ever have. fact.

I has a friend who told me a story of him and his buddies doing some mdma skiing. It was so cold their metabolisms were so slow in processing it that it didn't really effect their skiing; but when they went to the lodge for lunch they got higher than hippies in a helicopter. I don't think they left the lodge.

But one or two beers is a confidence boost, more than that and I'm tripping over my skis in the lift line.

who would ski blackout drunk? i think people are referring to a shotgun every few laps. If you stay in the park or hit side booters, it wont affect anyone.

i have skied drunk before from chugging beers on the lift. i felt invincible on the mountain. probably was not a good idea haha.
