One day, drunk and rich, I said fuck it and strait aired a 60ft step down at Carinthia.......and just about shat my pants mid-air. No way did I land it. After failing in the air for what felt like forever I cleared the knuckle by about 6 inches and double ejected head over heels. To this day its the biggest Ive ever gone and probably ever will go.

I was skiing some time in late March on a 60 degree day. To get speed for a table at the bottom, you needed to basically straight line it from the drop in area. I didn't notice that the park crew had salted the lip, making it icier. I gunned it into the jump and realized going up the lip that I wasn't slowing down at all. Ended up taking a 30 ft jump 60+ ft and landed in the ACL zone. Barely rode it out.

Tried a 9 on a 25, i overshot that bitch to flat. Well maybe not that far but i went kinda big.
Other than that i hit a 50 a couple times, that was kinda sick

my 3rd day at windells this summer and the first day hitting (bigger) jumps due to gusty wind. I followed a kid off an 80ft jump, he landed fine, but a gust of wind picked me up and threw me about 140 feet. I landed totally flat breaking my nose and ankle. I also hit my head so hard I immediately began having seizers and had to be heli out to the hospital. This is at least what Ive been told happend because I dont remember anything from the week! so bummed windells had to end like this!

Legit made myself look like a complete fag. Fuckin around at Okemo hit this little kicker waaaaay to fast. Big Air Daved it right to the flat where a double ejected slid on my stomach and ate snow.

Late season at killington last year. That Saturday, shit was super slushy in dreammaker. All the jumps were slow, and I finally got speed dialed.
Next day, it was in the 30s in the morning. First run, I hit the jump line, thug zoned most of them. It was a lot faster. Last jump is the biggest, a floaty stepdown, maybe 35-45 feet. Didn't speedcheck. Grab blunt, suddenly the knuckle was underneath me. Realizing how real shit was about to get, I windmilled and failed. Took it to the Gucci plateau, double ejected and tore the shit out of my face, dented my helmet and broke my goggle lens. Fun times.

On snow, probably like 65ft on skis, I hit a 40 footer on blades once too and rode away from it. That was the sketchiest one.

first day on new skis, I was in the back of a jump train helping out with the x team I had a slushy in my hand and just did not speed check at all. took it a solid 10-15 feet into the flat.

decided to hit a 15ft cliff with my way too short thalls in the trees. Hit soft snow on the landing, double ejected and then proceeded to do a fully planked out front flip and landed on my butt as if I planned it. Most epic crash that I have ever had.

The big stepover at momentum a few years ago. 2010, I think.

I stomped my first misty 7 ever over it, then went up and tried it again and knuckled and knocked myself out. That's when I decided I'd just stick with mogul skiing.

First day at windells I could barely make the 70 footer because it was so slushy. Second day in the morning it was cold and fast but I bombed because I had to the day before, took it to tranny. My coach got it on film too

I was at WV probably ten years ago. One day was very warm and the snow was very slow, we were having to straight line from the top to make the landing of the 50 footer at the end, skipping every other jump in between. The next day was much colder and the snow obviously much faster, I still thought it was a good idea to straight line switch from the point we started the prior day, needless to say I over shot the landing by a solid 20 or 30 feet. The outcome could have been much worse, I hobbled away with a hole in my bottom lip, an exploded nose, and a sprained knee.

took the last jump at watervile in the big line to straight big air dave. Sketchiest shit ever. My friend came out of the lodge as i hit it and looked up and he said he's surprised i didnt break anything. It was rad.

over shot a little 15 ft jump by about 30 ft doing a 180. Landed completely flat, caught an edge and hit my dome so hard off the ground I broke my helmet in half.

Not me but a friend who's a snowboarder: our ski area had just made a new jump, about a 45 foot gap. It was his first time hitting that new jump. He saw a kid going for it, taking speed over every drop in/lump in the hill and so he was like, "Damn, you must have to go fast." So he proceeded to bomb the hill from the top and hit the jump. He straight aired the jump but he landed about 30 feet down from the knuckle.. He made that 45 foot jump into like an 80. He had to be taken in the ambulance, he had a concussion and burst capillaries in his lungs. The doctor told him to not snowboard again but I don't think anything would stop him from boarding. This guy goes hard

Ive watched a knuckle pass under me from about 20ft up and ended up with an 18" titanium rod in my leg shortly after. I'm pretty sure I went pretty big on that one.
