Hey guys i'm doing a project on ski movies in school and i just had a question for everyone on newschoolers please if possible have nice long to the point answers thanx heres the question:
How do ski movies influence your life/lifestyle?

I'd say. (IF I read your post correctly) that ski flicks influence my life because i get to see how good i could be, and then compair it to how good i really am. then I cry, and repeate the process.)

They help me get through the summer and living in Atlanta. I can see all the cool shit people are doing.
I don't deny there are bad things in the US right now, hell, 51% of the country to be exact. But god damnit, our country being fat is NOT a problem. I do't give a shit how fat people are. hell, fat kids are harder to kidnap, that means our country is safer.

It helps me get ideas on what tricks to try and helps me see what i want my skiing and style to look like. it helps me to think...wow i could be this good in the future. Watching ski videos also gets me really pumped to go ski. I see it and am like..wow i wanna be able to do that and i go ride and try it. hope this helps

they get me stoked to ski, and let be visualize what i would liek to ski like(pollard)

they remind me how much in the park i suck compared to the pros and how (when i really am lucky that i get to ski nearly every weekend of the winter) unlucky i am that i can't ski out west and how okemo gets about 50 inches of snow a year if they are lucky when a 150 inch year out west is considered a dry spell.
also they give me something to do that isn't vanadlism, drugs, or involves blowing shit up to pass the time when i'm not skiing.
