yeah, except for the fact that they were both locked to the van and then locked together.

The worst part about it all is that no one in the DH community would do this, so the assholes that took them have no idea how much money they just cost the Bayuses (one of the nicest families around).

lol. Don't kid yourself there are assholes everywhere. Considering the fact they were well locked, the bike thief seems like he planned it out and had tools. Doesn't take a genius to know DH bikes are a few grand.

I've been racing downhill for 4 years and have never met someone who would take a bike. At least not at a Gravity East race. And by "a few grand" I hope you mean about $15,000 for both of those.
