How do i Lincoln on a tramp

Just focus your eyes on one point and then lean to the left/right and your done. Easy as shit one to do!

You'll feel more comfortable doing them one way or another, so figure out which side that is. Focus on a single point in front of you and rotate yourself all the way around it when you do the flip.

I think lincoln are the easiest to do on tramp. just be patient and look at a spot right in front of you. on skis it's a different story though. I cannot lincoln without setting some backflip in it.

steps to a lincoln:
1.jump
2. while in air rotate sideways
3. Land
4. It's really not that hard

Pick a spot in front of you to spot. You are going to want to focus on it throughout the whole trick. Pop and set side ways, you're permitted to swing your arm when you start out. Continue spotting and eventually after enough time goes by, you should come around and land miraculously on your feet.

Another thing you could do, is get a buddy or a coach to stand on the tramp with you, then cross their arms and you cross yours. Proceed to holding hands in this arm crossed position then as you bounce, think of uncrossing your arms.

Focus on a single item ahead of you, jump, throw your body sorta sideways while focusing on the item, stomp, go tell Kevin how good you are, repeat

I know people are saying that fronts are a lot harder, but hear me out


I am a complete pussy and cannot back flip. I can Lincoln though. I feel fronts are super easy, but anyone who has learned a back flip finds them a lot more difficult. My friend used to be a frontflippin champ. once he could back flip, he could never front-flip again.

The morale of this story is non-back flippers can front flip easier. Back flippers have a harder time

Whats up with the nonsense about people who can back struggle with fronts and people who cannot back just magically can front like champs? So if you cant backflip you can front easy.. but if you can backflip you can also front? just not as well.? This is dumb.
