i bite my nails, sometimes i bite them really close to the nail bed. it usually doesnt hurt anymore because ive been doing it for so long. i dont think ive ever had long nails. i cant help but click pen tops or spin them around my fingers

When I get on the computer I have to open programs in the right order, and then log on in the correct order. My tabs also have to be arranged correctly.



I suppose it's more my OCD than a weird habit but yeah

I constantly highlight text on websites with my mouse when i'm reading it. Like i do it every single time in reading something on the computer. And it's not like i highlight it, read it, and then highlight the next thing. I'm constantly unclicking and re highlighting the same text. It doesn't seem weird when i do it but now that i'm talking about it it seems weird as hell

I have a very specific shower routine. The way I undress, where I set my clothes, what station the radio is on, what volume the radio is set to, the starting temperature of the shower, the water pressure adjustment thing, the placement of my shampoo/conditioner/soap/washcloths, the way I put the shampoo/conditioner in my hair, the order I wash my body, the way I dry my body and exit the shower, the order I put in my contacts and brush my hair, etc.
If I shower in somebody else's shower, I have a really difficult time and usually end up rewashing my hair or body so I can do it the way I usually do.
It's really weird, and it might be an issue. whatever hahaha

I was so sick of my hands looking like shit, and in pain cause you know you bite them as far as you can, and knowing its horrid for your teeth. I just told myself no more -- and started keeping a nail file on hand.

I think I realized that I was biting them bc the shape would bother me so much. Or this one was longer than this one and I'd prefer if they were the same size. The nail file saved me bc I was able to shape them to look good and eventually just stopped biting all together.

I relapse once in a while, it really pisses me off. But I always try to have a file handy, and its kept me from biting them.
