To help with your corks also work on 180 front drops, so you jump up, drop your left shoulder and land on your belly facing the opposite direction. What you can do after you get comfortable with those is do the exact same set but rotate past the front drop and land on your back at about 270. After you're comfortable with those do it to your feet! That's the progression I learn't for cork 7.
