NEED HELP! Does anyone know Tall-Tee-Tristy?

Do any of you know this user? Or maybe have done sales with him in the past? I sold him my iPod 2 months ago, and he still hasn't completely payed me back for it.. He says he has to drive an hour to get to walmart so he can load money onto his card for PayPal (which i believe him about this). But in my opinion, 2 months is more than enough time for him to have payed me back. What do you guys think?
