They aren't. The quality of them was so bad they couldn't sell them, that's why they gave them out with $100+ purchase

i got one on here, and i can say that there is a huge difference between the black and grey ones. the black ones feel like a low quality starter snapback, not anywhere near the nice wool/leather strapbacks that they did for the grey

Also what's the difference between the tour and regular layups? Is it just weight or does the tour have a different flex or changes in durability?

The tour skis are going to have a slightly softer, noticeably rounder flex. They will be a bit more forgiving and will rise to the surface of soft snow faster than the stock skis.

Stocks skis are going to charge harder and be more stable in chop, but will require that you stay on top of them more than the tour models.

Weight is obviously different.

No change in durability (still same thick base, edge, sidewalls, core material, etc). Just a different core profile and layup,

Sure, but we might not have sidewalls for it, as the sidewall profiling and prep is done by our plastics manufacturer and we only order what we use for production.

I'm trying to decide between the jmo's or soul riders.... Any advice? I'm 5'9" 155lbs and ski the east. 60% park 40% everything else..... 90% jumps 10% rails.

only beef i have with on3p is that they dont make a flexy enough ski, they are so goddamn expensive and a friend of mine had a pair and they broke and on3p refused to warranty them. or at least i think thats how it goes

I had a buddy that broke 2 different pairs of Jmos all in one season, skiing on trash dumps. Personally, i have found their warranty and customer service to be great. But for some reason, people think their skis just dont break at all, and thats not the case.

Then they brke because of something he did, not a defect in the ski. No skis are unbreakable, I'e got a pair of destroyed blue steeles behind me right now. But they are a hell of a lot more durable then most other skis out there.

What sort of ski do you want to be softer? Both the JMO and the FR are pretty soft while still being stable. They are definitely not substantially stiffer than most other park skis, because a softer ski is generally more fun in the park.

you don't need a soft ski with the amount of tip rocker the FR has. I can butter them way easier then any other ski out there, that includes "soft" skis like invaders

I'm talking blend soft. I find the 98% of skis too stiff or too narrow. I understand that's not what everyone wants but it's what I prefer. I'm a bigger fan of minimal rocker, soft ski, than stiffer ski and large rocker.

I have a 191 Billy Goat and they are DOPE skis....definitely look into them. They are stiff and charge super hard, yet the tip and tail flex pattern is such that I can cruise thick, unmanaged glades with not too much difficulty either. I have leaned all the way forward and grabbed my tips while in some thick(er) powder and they stayed afloat.

I'm like 120lbs and I have no problem with the 191s. That rocker is the bomb.

Aw, I thought it was more small guys riding the 191s. There must be others anyway, so a 196 or 201 the same width would be so sweet for 180+ lbs.

I'm 220 and rode the 191 all last season. Making a 196 or 201 would be pointless. There would be like 3 people who would actually buy it.
