What video gear to buy with $300

So I have $300 to spend on some new photo/video gear, and I'm wondering what I should buy. I was originally going to put it towards upgrading my computer, but I might use it to buy a new mic or something. Is it worth it to buy a rode videomic? I have an audio techinca atr6550 right now, and a T2i, sigma 18-50 2.8-4, flycam nano, 55-250, 28 1.9 vintage, 50mm 1.8 canon, and my friend's old tamron 10-24.
Also how wide is the rokinon 8mm lens compared to say the 18mm, or the 10mm on the 10-24, how much wider is it? Is the 2mm difference big or small?

I might just save the money and use the gear I have, just wondering how big of a difference it would make

Well what do you need? Is there something wrong with your current mic? What do you need 8mm for instead of 10mm, and also the 8mm is a fish.

the rokinon lens is a fisheye. it is totally different than a wide angle. id say either that or the mic though

Yeah I know, but how much wider of a field of view does it give you? And my current mic is working fine for me, so I can probably just stick with it, just wondering if anyone has used both of them and knows how much of an upgrade the videomic is.

And I'd like to get my own wide angle/fisheye lens, Think I'll look on ebay to see if they have any used 10-24/10-20s for cheap.

im not totally sure, but even on my tokina, the difference between an 11 and 13 is alot. So i figure it would be even more on an 8 than a 10

well that lens is relabeled by opteka as 6.5mm, i don't know which is the correct FL, but it's definitely not substantially wider than my nikkor 10.5mm.

I think someone posted it on here, they were saying that focal length is less relevant for fisheyes, and that you should look at the angle coverage in degrees.

@heath its a really wide lens, I've seen it, you don't have to use it to know that its extremely wide. Sorry if I don't know the exact definition of UWA, figured it just meant ultra wide angle as the name suggests

No you're fucking wrong. UWA refers to a rectangular wide lens like the tokina 11-16 or the zeiss 18mm. Fisheye is a type of lens, like the rokinon 8mm which has barrel distortion. Your ignorance makes me livid.
