-Go up to the lip of the jump with your knees bent, feet shoulder width apart, and your shins pressed against your ski boots. Also make sure your shoulders are relaxed.
-Pop and turn your head slightly over your shoulder. Also, when you pop- you do not need to wind up like a top. I used to do this and now it's just useless. All it does is throws you off-axis.
-Keep the spin going in midair. Don't move your head from it's turned position until you see your landing. You will know where you are in the air.
-Once you see the landing, you will be pleasantly surprised. Or at least I was when I stomped my first clean one.
