Safely shrinking jiberish

I hate to make another jiberish thread, but I just bought a L black beast lohi, and it's maybe a size too big. What would be the best way to shrink it without damaging it?

You should be good just washing it and putting it in the dryer. Just flip it inside out so the screen print doesn't crack

thanks guys. followed your advice I'll see how it goes. and there's no returns because I bought it on sale on D-structure.
