Just needs that ever so slight splash of critical mass and it'll work just dandy.

Go to the journalist network cult.... start up discussions. Get other people interested in news to join the party.

If we had a small group of 20-50 people who were super passionate about news, the news would get bumped up flawlessly.

I'd also gander that this isn't quite as much interest as some of the bigger videos that drop.
