Can't do anything about management. You're right about alot of features not getting set up. Last year there just wasn't the snow. As for previous years I can't say I wasn't there. However, as for features set up wrong we always appreciate feedback as long as it's constructive. So you've got my attention and I will at least listen if you have any suggestions.
Last year was the first year with the current crew. Given the circumstances I like to think we did alright. We have even bigger plans for this year. Including alot of set ups that we feel would be more ideal.
dont get me wrong, i love lab, always a blast, but the 2 huge boxes were set way too high off the ground, jumps are always in the wrong places, along with the bigger jump second which was nearly impossible to clear unless the stars aligned. give the park jobs to people who actually ride park and only park... that guy with the beard last year on the snowboard didnt even know how to get a shovel down the hill, all he and everyone else ever said was "it looks legit" and the stair case drop was like shoulder hight to flat... you guys cut the S rail AND the 6 kink which were the 2 funnest features EVER... the head wall jump is always way too big, and awk and you need to prep your body for impact when landing... hmm what else is there... oh ya, "beginner features" are a waste of time. take the wood park out and put that in the main park. it doesnt matter if everything "flows" as long that is more than 9 features to hit.
