Burn them a CD with some good music on it.
$15 store credit towards beatport/itunes.
Those are really the only two I can think of, not much you can buy a DJ for $15.

yeah i figured. I got some kid i don' really know cause my girlfriend decided to put me in a secret santa. all i know is he's a DJ.

Get him a sick custom slip mat if he's a true DJ and still spins records. If he just uses a laptop and calls himself a DJ get him a dildo. He'll love it.
