As a M.D. I'd strongly advice against that, banging you head against the
wall can misalign and damage the gears in your head vital for creative
flow, not to mention the structural deterioration of your wall.
What I'd advise to O.P. is an healthy dose of "kick to the groin" every two hours for a period of four days.
The kicks can be self administered or with the aid of a partner.
