been working on stretching a lot and that helps obviously, but i usually use a staircase for skiing related cardio in three different patters.
1. run up stars, and run backwards down stairs
2. 4 stair skip lunges up, and double step (quick feet) down
3. backwards up, and skip 4 down
Life moves pretty fast, if you don't stop to look around once and a while, you could miss it.
