THIS! I havent been able to get into anything passed the home page without the online people being the only thing on the screen since the update occured. I am not on my home computor right now so clearly I got here. But at home I cant do anything and Ive tried everything (clearing caches, restarting router, computor, safari) and still am not able to get on. Please help!! Ive been going going through withdraw lol

It's not like I'm often using the bottom menu, but for instance today I was trying to reach the "Advertise" link and it was a bit tricky since the loading bar from the expanding feed pops just above the links.

May be there is another way to reach the advertising page without using this link.

Okay, the entire video section just straight up isn't working for me on chrome or firefox. It'll play the first couple seconds of the ad and then freeze, and it doesn't work on mobile, either.

This isn't necessarily due to the new update as it occured before the update also, and for all I know it could just be my mobile device being dumb but...after posting a few times on mobile the site will eventually not allow me to post. I can still write a post but it won't be sent. This isn't from the time limit between posts thing because sometimes I will wait a while and try again but the post still won't get sent through.

Why do I have to login twice to use my profile? Once I do the main page login, there is another login sequence on the "splash page" or whatever.

Same thing happens to me, but happened before the update as well. I have a bookmark to my threads and my password on autosave. I click login, it sends me to the incorrect login page where my user and password are again already in the box since they're autosaved, and I click login and it works. I don't really mind it but I'm not sure what to make of it.

Mine is different. It just gives me two regular login boxes. It's not an "incorrect" login error like you're describing.

I can not save my default view setting on the new homepage. I would really enjoy it except every time I have to filter out the discussion and photos and its getting obnoxious.

FYI, on the bottom of threads, peoples blogs now turned news are considered related articles. Not sure if you wanted to keep it to actual published news, or blogs too?

Not a bug, it's just been around forever and no one seems to notice. But in mobile, when you check you inbox, "collapse" is spelt wrong (colapse). Just in case anyone wanted to know

Yeah it's pretty fucked up. It went down for a little while like something was getting updated, and it's been like this ever since. One kids thread got reposted a shitload in SG, too.

You're at 142 EST after the change. For the next 18 minutes, eastern time and central time are the same.

I've been having a minor issue logging in on the initial page with the weekly picture. I'll enter my username/password, and then it redirects me to the "New" newschoolers homepage as usual, but doesn't keep me logged in. It acts as if I entered my username/password incorrectly, but I've tried it multiple times and I still have the same issue. So basically I can log in fine on the new homepage, just not on the page with the weekly picture.

well i know nobody knows how karma works but i just knocked someone down to zero and watched theirs go up. on that note you guys should scrap whatever fucking space age algorithm your using for karma and just got the reddit route. that site has it down for simplicity and ease and most of the shit posted on NS is from there anyways

Also is feedback gone or can I no longer see it in mobile? I try to use that 4.0 whatever and it doesn't log me in the full site just gives me a bunch of nonsense about the program or something.
