Where does it hurt on your leg? If its the back and on the calf, thats pretty normal. Ski boots fit when your in a skiing position, ie knees bent forward. Now you may say but I freestyle ski so I lean back more, but really most of the time you should still be leaning forward. Some boots like the spk do have a padded rear spoiler to help with pain in the calf.
If it hurts on the front of your leg, it could be a few things. The most common would be that there is too much room above your instep, and rather then using the whole cuff to support your leg, the cuff is starting higher up your shin. This can cause a real pressure point which is somtimes confused with shin bang. That can be helped a little by raising the foot, but the reel solution is getting a boot which fits the shape of your foot better.
Overall though take them to a good boot fitter and have him asses the fit and see what they recommend.
