here's what you do. Go get them ripped out, go home. Have some kind of boss ass setup that is ridiculously comfortable . Like a temperpedic couch.
Then cause they are fuckin 5mg vics (95% chance) , hydrocodone can be real nice , but it's weak as fuck....
So you're chilloin with smoothies , exotic fruits that you've never even heard of , some surreal shit, just sucking it up through a straw nice numbing cold...
but meanwhile you take the whole script you got for the pain... or at least like 10-20 of the vicodin, crush them all up when your mommy isn't home... you can figure that part out, not too hard. The result should be a massive pile of refined white powder.
Now - get a glass, and depending on how many vics / oxys u crushed up.... use anywhere from 100ml to 200ml of COLD water . The sink is fine. By not going over 200ml of water , because acedamedaphin is not water soluable... well it is, but only to the absolute tinyest degree.... @ something like 8mg per 50ml or water or something, I forget.
But that way you literally can't fuck up , even though you would have to be pretty retarded, for a lack of a better word... to "mess CWE up"
so you have your cold water in cup, dump all the vicodin and disgusting/deadly tylonal aka acedamphen white powder in...
Now stir it real vigorously or better yet - shake it till your arms are tired , just a couple minutes will do.
Now put the glass or container back into the fridge. Add an ice cube if you want. Let it sit for at least 20 minutes. But preferably a half hour - 1 hour.... when you check back, the water in the glass should be mad cold. And the mixture should be seperated with almost all the white gunk sitting at the bottom - leaving you with a slightly cloudy but pretty clear glass of water.
Now simply grab another glass, or a couple... and coffee filters. If you dont have coffee filters, a dress shirt you dont care about works, so does anything with similar size filtering properties through its pores....
attach ur filter to the top of the new empty glass, and to make things easier, fasten securely with a rubber band.
Final: simply pour your cup of your original vicodin 'milkshake' into the filter into the empty cup. If it is taking too long for all the liquid to drip down....you can always be impatient and just make sure the filter is real secure, no nasty tylonal is coming out - and squeeze that motherfucker, like really juice it.
This forces more academaphin into the final product, so if you are doing it this way.... recommend doing it a handful of times (into new glasses), till your end drink looks as clear as possible.
If you just have the time to let it drip on its own... that is preferred obviously and is less mess and work.
In the filter(s) you should have a whole bunch of nasty white gunk. Nice.
Toss that away.
Take your super special cocktail, add a little cranberry juice or something like that , a hint of lime perhaps... to cut the bitter pretty gross tate. Or just dont be a bitch and just down it quick...
Now, especially if you are on an empty stomach... prepare to get snuggled by that energetic bright eyed opiate blanket. It should peak in about an hour roughly , or at least reach peak high.... sometimes wayy quicker.
And enjoy a super chill opiate high that is strong, warm, euphoric for at least 3-4 hours. As well as of course major pain sensitivity reduction.

Haven't had to do any cold water extraction in a long time.... but last time I think I had the most disgusting big watson 5/500 vics for some random reason. Crushed up the entire script all at once, I think like 20 of them... so 100mg of vicoden (you are going to lose like 10% f the opiate through the extraction) and sipped it down deliciously.
High as fuck actually. For like 5 hours.... super nice. But even at 100mg not nodding off... getting mad creative work done and just engulfing myself in music, beatin cheeks with the ex, watching a movie by the fire. Good stuff.
*If somewhere wre dumb enough to take the same amount of hydro (vics) I took - 100mg and DID not CWE.... umm that would be 10,000mg of academaphen and your liver would fail, and get acute toxic aced. poisoning which apparently is one of the most grusome deaths and absolutely horrific , excruciating ways to die... and I don't think the hospital can do much unless you are there right away.
But ya , definitely don't take 100 mg of vics, weak or not...... if you have no tolerance. 20mg would be perfect in my opinion.
Some chamomile tea, and perhaps a couple light puffs of some medicinal herb - if you start feeling nauseous at all.
