I recently bought a Panasonic tm700. Pretty similar to the newer tm900, just less memory and some options. Anyways this bad boy can film in 1080 60fps, but I am having problems getting the best quality out of a rendered video. I am a beginner when it comes to matching fps and bit rate and everything to get the best quality. I edit in sony vegas pro 11, and i will lay out the steps i am doing so far.
I plug the camera into the computer and copy the clips directly into a folder in my videos.
I will open sony vegas upload a click from that folder clicking the button to match project settings to the selected clip. These are the settings that appear.
Should I be changing any of these to get better quality?
I then disable re-sample for all the clips in the project.
When it comes to rendering I then don't know what format, size, bit rate, or fps to get the best quality. I figured rendering in 1920x1080 at 60fps would do it but it obviously was wrong. I want to eventually get my stuff on YouTube first then vimeo. Any help would be great.
If I need to give more information for help let me know. +k for good help. Thanks guyssss.
