"Dear Skittlekids (NSers), While I do love all of you so very much, your constant hatred and spam is just making you seem like 12 year olds with nothing better to do than follow master gato in the bashing of a new site. So please, carry on it's quite funny. Or take it somewhere else and be the mature internet users you really are."
Please stop trolling ReJib. It was established by skiers, for skiers. The fact that some skiers are encouraging the demise of a new ski media site is troubling.
ReJib was conceived with the purpose of coinciding with other sites like Newschoolers, and celebrating skiing, not competing with it.
Yeah guys - I'm going to go ahead and chip in here. Don't just meaninglessly troll another ski site because its occupying a similar space to newschoolers... that is totally awesome. Its a wonderful sign of growth within the online media space.
I was just turned onto what you guys did over at ReJib about 20 minutes ago, and I think you've done some great work there. You've clearly followed some design philosophies that we've had a real eye for over the last few years, so kudos to pulling it off. Making websites is not easy business, so I totally respect how much work must have gone into this.
I do not fear other websites, I embrace them with open arms. Sure, there are going to be things that we do which will compete with each other, but if we can each find our own pocket of the industry that is absolutely fantastic.
So welcome to the fray. I hope we get a chance to meet up, as I can tell you a ton about surviving in the online ski media world.
Curious - who are you both in Real Life and on Newschoolers? I can tell from the structure of your site that you're pretty in tune with the good parts of Newschoolers.
yea, it definatley has potential to become something of significance, but it is going to seriously need some work before then..
I dont think it will ever surpass newschoolers.
