Lucid dreaming

so i just bought zinc magnesium aspartate (ZMA) and its supposibly ganna give me crazy dreams. the guy from GNC said the dreams are more fucked up then being on salvia..... any one have this before? haha

"Better/Like salvia" isn't saying much, when salvia is non-extracted it's not even all that great. Two, three minute trip max. I would just say buy some 30-50x extract salvia and get really fucked up. I hate doing shit that messes with my dreams, and wouldn't want one to be anything like salvia either, because it tends to be scary as balls.

If it is anything like Salvia you will most certainly hate it. Salvia fucking sucks ass. I would say the worst hallucinogen I've ever done. I did 60x and it made me feel like completely butthole.

Exactly^ I wouldn't rely on that stuff for lucid dreams. I don't know how salvia wound up in the mix, I've done that and it's basically 5 minutes of gooing out. Lucid dreams are weird in the sense that one night you may have one and completely forget about it and never have another. They come and go really spontaneously. Try keeping track of your dreams with a journal. Write what was happening, how it made you feel, what it reminded you of. Even if you don't end up having a lucid dream, 10 years later when you look back at that journal, the forgotten dreams will completely re-jog your memory. As I write this, I'm beginning to remember dreams that I had months and even years ago. Let me know how those artificially induced dreams go

lucid dreaming isnt all that difficult if ur not lazy about it. And i dunno wtf salvia has to do with anything? lol salvia is not like lucid dreaming if thats whats going on in this thread.

drugs dont help with lucid dreaming all that much, its mostly mental preperation/execution. there are a lot of different techniques for LD like WILD, MILD, DILD, ect. but if youre going for WILD try to drink a lot of caffene 5-6 hours before you go to bed, exercize a lot before bed, and spend the last hour or so of your day doing whatever it is you want to dream about. taking b12 or other supplaments can help so drink an energy drink for your caffene
