Ok Jeff Temple the Mountian ops guy came and talked and gave tour for my resort mangment class. THEY ARE SHOOTING FOR EARLY NOVEMBER, chances are they are not going to open october 25th. THEY ARE CUTTING A NEW PIPE, i saw it today its going to be 18ft tall. They also have a new pipe groomer one that has more tranny, so they may vary well be the best pipe in the east this coming year. They do have a good amount of new rails, that of what people where says is true. The park sence its on Bear maybe open late November. More good neaws i was talking to him about insurnce shit and he siad they the compneys like have bigger scayer jumps, so chances are they will have some big stuff. They are dubbling the park crew also. Thats what i got strait from him, no 2nd hand bull shit.

yeah i hope all this happens and shit, but this could be alot of over hype. i know mtns tend to hype shit up alot. 'Best pipe in the east'/ 'big jumps' i guess we will have to wait and see.

It may or may not be the best. But it denfitly can end up being becuse of the new grommer, and extra staff. ITs going to be alot diffrent then last year. Jeff sounded relly detcaied to the park, he siad he went to Whilser last winter and wants a set up kinda like theres. He was expmaleing how much snow they are going to blow to for the pipe and it roughly comes out to be a noraml trails worth.

And killy isnt broke, ASC is. They are spending money totaly re-doing one base lodge, painting lifts, and doing this whole color coded thing that will be good for guests.

Killington is not well known for its overall trail maitenance. Except for competitions, I think Killingtons pipe will be just a shitty as usualy
