look on gaybay there's tons of shops that advertise new giro helmets on there.. bought a couple from a place in tahoe (tahoe demo center) with no problems...

^^No one has heard of RDCShop.com, because there prices are not competitive. Their helmet are all priced at MSRP, when you can find the same item for much much lower.
