the way i learned to do it was just to imagine rolling over a table backwards. i kinda just drop my shoulder backwards like someone pushed that shoulder really hard and i am a rag doll. go with the flow on it i find them really easy to spot and pretty hard to fuck up. at least the people who have seen the flip have called it a rodeo so if it is not my bad

just make sure that you are comfortable landing switch.

1. find a good jump

2. get a spotter

3. use the searchbar

just to clear this up a little.
(if you spin left) drop your right shoulder to your left side. it will kinda make your torso facing backwards, then if you know the rotation you should be able to spot and land
