Here in Canada we steal snow from the ice rink eh.  But I'm in the same boat, thinking either bmx/mountain bike or some fruit booting action.

Skiing is great and all, but thats pretty fucking sad you have to ask what to do when the weather gets awesome.

longboard, bike, camp, hike, rock climb, swim, kayak, canoe, mountain bike, sky dive, sit outside and drink beer, BBQ, skateboard, play soccer, go to a soccer game, play baseball, go to a baseball game, visit some outdoor attractions... the possibilities are pretty much endless.

BMX, mountain bike, longboard, wakeboard, wakesurf, wakeskate, hang out on boats in general, go running, ride a road bike, go swimming, do flips off diving boards/rocks/piers, get drunk and have tube wars behind the boat, GRILL SOME MEAT LIKE A MAN, have awesome outdoor parties with tiki torches and music, make bonfires with your friends, play guitar, etc, etc. Summer is awesome.

Uhh what? So, you have enough money to afford a season pass/lift tickets to a ski resort, outerwear, skis, boots, etc, but you don't have enough money to buy a bathing suit and find a random pool or lake? Or find some random wood and light it on fire with your friends? I can understand the boat part, but bikes and skateboards aren't necessarily expensive.

Like, beaches are only legit when the water they boarder contains a high density of sodium chloride (aka, the oceans). Lake beaches are shitty beaches with awful sand and have a gross smell to them

In spring, there's still snow on the mountain so I can ski if I want, or drive down to a lower elevation and get my summer on.
