The reason I am asking is due to the fact that I won a 3rd Rail Jam stop in February of 2011 and was supposed to receive a setup and have yet to see it. It's been over a year now and I have not gotten anything from them. I have been in contact with them but seem to be giving me the runaround keep telling me how they have changed factory locations, etc...this was a few weeks back. Now, I am getting no response from them. I think it is pretty wack of them, especially since I won the last stop of the year last season and there are kids that won at earlier stops so have been waiting since 2010 basically to receive their ninthwards, as promised. Bad for the company image Ninthward. Really f'd up of Ninthward!
quit telling him to "chill out". as he said, it's been a WHOLE YEAR. how would you feel if you won a prize, but didn't receive it, then the company began to ignore you when you tried to figure it out yourself?

Bro...when is the last time you had to chase down prize winnings from over a year ago? or maybe you haven't ever had to worry bout that. I know if you were in my position you would be a bit concerned at this point. I don't care how big of a company they are...contest winners shouldn't be the ones having to keep up with tracking down prizes a YEAR later...
You obviously dont know how a small business operates. They changed factory locations, you can't expect them to just ship skis to you, they got mad paperwork and shit to fill out so there just really busy.

That's not excuse for bad customer service, if ninthward knew they couldn't follow through on the contest because they were too busy, then they shouldn't have put on the contest plain and simple.
I hate when people defend bad companies by saying "they are so busy and stuff you just gotta wait." First of all, how do you even know that? Second of all, I don't care if they are busy or not, they still have to follow through on their word.

haha, I'd give up if I were you...you can pretty much assume any ski company has extra pairs of skis lying around the office on any given day. They're giving you the runaround, I think its pretty obvious after a YEAR...they're not sending you anything. Contact the event promoters, its really their responsibility to secure contest prizes- not put it on a company to make sure it happens, that just doesn't sound right in the first place.

Yeah...I've been in contact with them through email and by phone...just the same ol' story/runaround. It's super lame. I have also been in contact with promotors. They say that they have talked to them as well and will be receiving skis 100%. Whats the saying??? It's hard to bullshit a bullshitter? I mean they should of accounted for skis before they decided to change factories and shit. Kids before me probably don't even remember at this point even winning skis. It's all super wack. A YEAR though. for real...
It's a bummer that the brand acts so fucking useless - I've ridden a bunch of their skis and they're actually really nice, quality skis. Never been on any park skis, but the Firstblood, the Rory, and the 187 were all bomber skis.
