Back flip attempting

So tomorrow I'm going to attempt back flips again. I can land them consistently on tramps and I want to try them on snow again. My first ever attempt was off of a smaller jump and I didn't fully commit and sprained my neck. I figure this time if I actually get fully focused and sac up I wont hurt myself again. The only smallest jump built is probably a 20 footer that kicks you pretty well so hopefully I don't pussy out again.

dude off the lip make sure you pop and tuck your knees in only the first couple times tho. and thes you can lay it out when you get comfortable. and try to look at your ass the whole time like back arched, best advice i got, just commit and invision yourself doing it and the props youll recieve. pop, knees in, arch that back to ass, rotate, lock that shit into the landing and ride away like tommy fucking wallnutz

How hard will I want to throw it compared to just throwing a back on a trampoline because I'll have boots and skis on my feet?

I have booters and I ski on 183s so its not super light

yeah bro you got it just gotta comit

1) aproach the lip with your legs a shoulderswith apart and get ready to pop

2) as you come off the lip look up at the sky and swing your arms back hold this position till you spot your landing

3)as yo spot your landing un tuck and ride away smooth

Good luck if you can backflip on like a ledge and maybe on the ground, you will probably succede on maybe your 5th try if your lucky

when i attempted my first one i would have had it banger landing and all but i spreaded it so far that the tips of my skis hit my helmet knocking my helmet pushing down my goggles, almost landed it though. guess i gotta work on tucking
