Tips on grabs?

So I can do spins up to 7 really comfortably, but I've never gotten the hang of getting grabs in to make myself not look like a boner in the air. I tried it once with a 3 off of a 30ft jump, but it my rotation stalled and I landed at 270 and fell really hard. Are there any tip you guys can give me on how to incorporate grabs into spins? +k

Grab halfway through the trick if you have to, if you grab too early it'll throw you off and you'll probably eat shit. Start with easy grabs like safety

you might get more help in the trick tip cult. but there are certain grabs that make certain tricks easier. also make sure your rotation is set before you go for the grab

Rather than reaching really far for your ski, use your feet to bring the ski close to your hand before grabbing.

Certain grabs will make you spin slower. The further you have to reach, the slower you're going to spin. For example the way I do truckdriver 3s is that I start doing a five and then take the grab. The grab slows me down so much that I only spin the 360. If I miss the grab, I over-rotate and crash though...

practice spinning with your knees up. once you get that down, it'll be easy to grab

Okay everybody, smart guy here is making snowboard bindings for skis that don't release and he's butthurt that I called him out on it. He actually think's they're safe.

Mutes are rather easy to do, grab your ski at 180, pull towards you, block and turn as long as you want. As said earlier, if you grab as soon as you pop, that fuck the whole trick, check out videos, you'll that the grab occurs at half of the trick. Tail grabs are also easy if you don't miss your tail..

actually our design was bought and will be available in ski boots.... the radical prototype was to prove it worked.
I would watch out giving advice though, you might get SUED! lol

i started with leading saftey probably easiest grap for any trick
my advice is only go for the grap once your at 180 and hold onto it untill you spot your landing, if you're too eager it will throw off your rotation and you'll die.

our prototype has never been forsale, the technology that allowed it to work has been worked into a raichele ski boot design and unlike POC, we have a patent.

i remember when people said you cant ski backward....now kids do switch 14s, future=scary.

Haha I would hope you guys aren't selling those. The welds on those look like they were done by a middle-school shop class. Also I would love to see a video of you skiing really steep terrain in those.... and obliterating all of the tendons in your knee.

they are intended for next level jibbing, like butter, presses, ollies...the suspension allows preloads that havent been available, have you watched the vids? the single pair of hand made prototypes were to test the technology and i witnessed cork7s with them....
funny is that skiboarders want it so bad. yall know tele skis are hard mounted right? big mountain lines with skis that dont come off and will twist u into a pretzel.

our protos were tested on skis that were almost considered ski boards, and are built with the same flex pattern as a snowboard...not 190cm big mountain skis.
if its too much for you to understand its okay! 10 years ago switch skiing was incomprehensible.

Remember what grabs slow you down and what grabs speed you up, like a three with a opposite side Tail grab will slow you down while a 3 with a leading tail will speed you up if you look for the grab.

Ps. Tele's are not hard mounted, it is possible to eject from them.

I bring my skis up to me, a lot of younger kids i see trying to grab reach down and that throws them off.also learn grabs on small stuff and straight airs first and start learning all your new tricks with grabs.

Move ur skis towards ur hands first u shouldnt have to really reach just grab really exadurate the movement of the ski towards u. Really emphasize it get comfortable with daffys and stuff like that and it comes easy
