im sorry but you wont get many results in a month, unless you did any exercise like 7 days a week, 2-3 times a day

legraises, do a 100 at a time in sets of 20 then take aminute break. also work on your obliques by doing side crunches. youre not gonna gain muscle by doing it 7 days a week 100 reps, youre just gonna gain alot of strength, you need to do fewer reps and do harder workouts for your abs, thatll give you good abs

just go to a gym and do leg lifts i think there called... you hold your self up and then lift your legs horizontaly, or you can just do a bunch of sit ups/crunches

do leg raises. lay on your back and raise your legs about 1 ft in the air. hold them up for 5 seconds. take a 30 second break, then 6, then 7, etc till you get to 30. do this 3- 4 times a week and you'll have abs almost as good as mine.

leg raises aren't very good, they work your upper leg muscles more than your abs. do regular crunches, but do them slowly and hold the contraction for one or two seconds. if you can get to an exercise ball, do crunches on that while keeping your stomach as tight as you can. and make sure you give them a day or two of recovery. if you need to get rid of flab, than cut back on fat and carbs and run for 30 minutes.

leg lifts are bad for your back. Swimming really tones abs, especially swimming fly. V-ups make abs nice too, and make sure you do reverse crunches or sit ups as well - those are when you lay on your stomach and lift your legs and arms at the same time and lower them slowly. Drink a lot of water and hi fiber foods.

go to the gym and use the ab machines. if your using weights it makes the process faster

have a day of excercise and a day of rest where you just do running and not lifting or anything. it allows the muscle to build up and get stronger. and you should run on the days you lift. when you run, change pace. do a minute of sprint and 4 minutes jog or something like that. and do sets of 3 or 5 with a minute or so as a break.

Here's some good ones:

Sit on a fitness ball (those big ones) and do sit ups, that works for core balance as well

Lay flat on the ground and lift your legs about six inches off the ground and hold them there, a few sets of those'll kill you

Have someone stand in front of you while doing situps, and throw them a medicine ball while you're going up, and have them throw it back when you're going down.

Those are some really good ones. All you'll need.

the bottom line is if you still even have a little fat on your stomach your abs wont really show up no matter how much you work those muscles and make them bigger. Id say your best bet is just to run 5 days a week and do some crunches and situps

Jonesy those are actually the onese I do and they are the best, except I throw in regular sit ups in there also cause a study shows that nothing works better then regular sit ups, but that ball one is prime shit...

here is a good program that works really well, and its fast and pretty easy.

start out with reg. sit-ups, knees bent, and come all the way up, 3 sets of 25

then 3 sets of 25 crunches

then lift just your shoulders up off the ground (works the upper abs) 3 sets 25 each

last thing is to just lift your head off the ground, make sure your not just tilting your head, stare right at the ceiling the whole time, 3 sets of 25

then you can lay on your back again, and with your legs together lift them about 6 in. up, then hold them for 10-15 sec. then spread them, hold 10-15 sec. then back together 10-15 sec, then move both to the right (dont touch the ground) 10-15 sec., then to the middle, 10-15 sec, then to the left (dont touch the ground)10-15 sec, then down, and your done....good stuff
