M&A = Videography

Not really. Most of the discussion is about cinematography and not photography but there is still a ton of other stuff. "Media and Arts" refers to music, videos, pictures, drawings etc, but I feel like a lot of people on here got into cinematography for the sole purpose of shooting skiing whereas a lot of photogs got into shooting for other reasons. I think that M&A is more dedicated to visual arts rather than things like music, but most people have other places to post other than NS. I use flickr, 500px, dpreview, and fredmiranda like I think a lot of other photogs do. Nobody wants to watch a lot ski edits other than skiers, so people post their edits here instead of other places. Good ski photos can be more easily appreciated by everyone, not just skiers, IMO.

most of the few ns photogs (myself included) moved over to the ns photographers cult, pm god for an invite.
