i havent ever rode the afterbangs but i only have good things to say about my thalls there super poppy and buttery but also hold up on jumps i hear that afterbangs arent very good on bigger jumps with higher speeds hope that helps
My friend owned a pair of afterbangs last season. By the end of the season, without even hitting urban or treating them poorly they were SHOT! They delammed and water got in and they weighed like 10 + pounds. The tip also came off on my summer setup. Ironically he has T halls this year and likes them.
Just got my THalls back from being mounted with some Axial2 120s.
I asked for them to mount them true center, got them back at the shop and I could tell my boot was not centered, so I had them check it again. The tech who measured it said both bindings were not at center but about half a centimeter back. Is this .5 of a cm really gonna matter? Me being me I just took them and said it was fine.
