So tell us then, which ones exactly are the prototypes? The black and blue snowboard sneakers or the photoshopped LANGE boots?

Btw, you forgot to erase the word "LANGE" on the top of the innerboot strap - bottom pic blue boot. And on the green boot, the swoosh is the wrong way round... Nice try though. Fuckin troll.

My buddy that works at northstar has a little ongoing competition to see who can get people to believe the craziest made up story/fact about shawn white. Maybe something similar happening at woodward :)

Meh, the whole April fools planning threads in the donator forum reek of a sense of superiority, that many seem to have based on a little money symbol that follows their pseudonym on an Internet forum. I honestly can not comprehend the justification many use for this sense of superior status, which in reallity is purchased. This is especially artificial, since MS has not run off donation money for the last 6 years or so. Essentially, being a 'donator' now represents solely a purchase of status rather then a commitment to the welfare of the website or community. In that regard, get over yourself, you are nothing special, especially considering the high population and disparity of 'donators' these days.

This was a botched and half harted effort from the beginning, full of individuals expecting others to do something with no plan on who was actually going to do anything. If anything this attempt indicates the progressive assimilation of the donators forum to match the status quo of it's ever increasing membership, rather than the assimilation of new members to the status quo of te environment they are entering. The result of which has been a continuous drop in quality. I find this whole process that has occurred since the early 2000's to provide itself as a living example of the intrinsic human sense of superiority over the native environment, as well as the inherent distaste in adopting to new standards, even if the change is reflective of the expected human growth and development.


This has nothing to do with the current immigration problems facing many developed countries, or the (real or perceived) failures in the western education systems.

Cobra commander hit the nail on the head really. The years when people couldn't buy a donator status it was the best, now it is just a symbol. Most of the threads in there are becoming clogged and are useless. The best thread is probably the atomic thread. Hell even inside dirt has went down hill since more people have been donating and trying to contribute.

really man? it was april fools, a chance for people to have a joke and in some cases pull off really elaborate ones, unfortunately this year it wasn't as well executed as i thought it was going to be

i bought a donator status to give them some money, running a website isn't cheap especially when it's the size of this one and so i gave them some money
