Getting old username back???

Does anyone know how to go about getting old usernames back. I have my old one from way back in the day but I have no idea what the password is at this point. It would just be fun to be rockin' my old name again. Thanks for the help.

i had to give them my social security number, 6 copies of my driver's license, 2 passport photos, a picture of me holding an ns sign with a timestamp, 2 different credit cards and bank accounts, and had to write each mod a $200 check to get my password back. Real pain in the ass, I'll tell you.
