.Gif Icon not playing right?

So I made myself a gif Icon. It plays in photoshop correctly, it plays in the preview correctly, but as soon as I upload it to newschoolers it messes up. Anybody know why?

Refer to my icon for the problem.

Well, the icon should have the last a, but instead it's playing the second last a.

It's not too big of a deal but idk things like that bother me.

Make sure your frames are correct, like the order and then resave(as anew file name) and reupload.
